Autumn Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil or 1 1/2 sticks margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. apples, diced and floured
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, margarine (oil) and vanilla.
    Add sugar and flour.
    Mix well.
    Add floured apples and nuts.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
