Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    baked pie crust
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in 2 cups of milk on low heat and set aside. Mix sugar and flour; add 1/2 cup of milk and mix thoroughly.
    Add to chocolate mixture.
    Cook over medium heat until it begins to thicken.
    Add beaten egg yolks and margarine.
    Cook until thick and creamy.
    (A double boiler can be used.)
    Add vanilla.
    Cool and pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until meringue is golden brown.
