Twinkie Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chocolate bits
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1/3 c. nuts
    8 Twinkies
Preparation
    Melt chocolate bits, water and sugar.
    Cool.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into chocolate mixture and fold in cream.
    Cut Twinkies into thirds, lengthwise.
    Arrange on bottom of 8-inch torte pan.
    Add half of chocolate mixture.
    Add other half of Twinkies.
    Cover with remaining mixture.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Refrigerate.
