Apple Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 large eggs
    3 apples (green), peeled, cored and sliced thin
    1 c. cream
    8 oz. Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heap apples into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon (reserve a little for top). Beat cream and eggs together.
    Pour over the apples.
    Spread Jack cheese on top. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
    Let sit 10 minutes, then serve.
