Picadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1/4 finely chopped celery
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook meat and celery in large pan until browned.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer about 15 to 20 minutes, covered. Serve over rice or buns.
