Nutty Cheese Gems - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    7 oz. flaked coconut
    3 oz. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. finely chopped, blanched pistachio nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Chill until firm. Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Coat balls with pistachio nuts.
    Chill in a single layer until firm.
    Cover tightly and store in refrigerator.
