Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in water until tender.
    Add other ingredients and pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, uncovered for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
