Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes chopped spinach
6 strips bacon
1 onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Remove paper from boxes of spinach. Microwave as per directions. Drain well. Fry bacon with chopped onion for 10 minutes. Crumble bacon. Add flour and salt, blending well. Slowly stir in milk a little at a time. Cook and stir until thickened. Fold in the spinach. Sprinkle bacon over all.
