Cream Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
juice of 1/2 lemon
Nilla cookie wafers

Preparation

Mix until creamy the first 4 items. Fill cupcake tins with Nilla wafers.
Place 1 tablespoon of cheese mix on top of wafer. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Top with any fruit or leave plain.
