Chinese Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    3 to 4 lb. boiled chicken, debone
    6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce
    3 grated carrots
    1 c. green onions
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    6 eggs, scrambled
Preparation
    Dump all ingredients into large skillet except rice and eggs. Stir over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until heated through thoroughly.
    Add scrambled eggs and cooked rice; stir just to heat through.
