Roasting Whole Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole beef tenderloin, tied for roasting (6 to 8 lb.)
    seasonings to taste (I rub with garlic cloves, finely chopped onion, olive oil, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and small amount Worcestershire sauce)
Preparation
    Allow to marinate 3 or 4 hours or overnight.
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Roast the meat for 7 minutes per pound for rare, 10 minutes per pound for medium.
    Serves 8 to 10.
