Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (18 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift first 4 ingredients together and mix in chopped pecans; set aside.
    Beats eggs lightly in a large mixing bowl; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Stir in zucchini, pineapple and raisins.
    Add dry ingredients and stir only until ingredients are moist.
    Spoon batter into 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes in pans.
