Mom'S Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
4 tsp. sugar
4 c. milk
nutmeg to taste
4 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

In blender, mix the egg yolks, 4 teaspoons sugar and milk. Add nutmeg to taste.
In medium bowl with hand mixer, beat egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar to make stiff meringue. Add more sugar, if needed.
Pour the blender mixture into 4 glasses and add egg white mixture and extra nutmeg.
