Chocolate Nut Toffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons margarine.
    In large mixer bowl, beat remaining margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add flour and cocoa; mix well.
    With floured hands, press into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
