1/4 c. oil (vegetable)
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. walnuts
1/4 c. pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
Press thumb into cookies, leaving an imprint.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
When cool, fill centers with different frostings or jellies.
