Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tsp. margarine
    8 c. water
    40 oz. potatoes, cubed (don't peel)
    8 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1 medium head cabbage, broccoli or cauliflower
    12 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.
    Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Stir in the cheese; simmer gently.
    Makes 16 cups.
