Pizzelle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    4 sticks melted margarine
    6 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 bottle anise seed
Preparation
    Beat eggs, then add sugar gradually.
    Add margarine, seasonings and flour a little at a time.
    \"You can bake right away or refrigerate overnight.
    If you put in refrigerator, seasonings will go through batter.
    The batter will be thin like cake batter.\"
    Drop on iron and bake 30 to 40 seconds, about 1/2 teaspoon.
    Dough can be stored in refrigerator up to 2 weeks, covered.
