Chicken Devine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Salt and pepper breasts.
    In skillet, melt margarine and brown breasts on all sides.
    Place browned breasts in greased casserole dish.
    Add sour cream, sherry and cream of mushroom soup to the margarine in the skillet; mix well.
    Pour the sauce over the breasts and cover the casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until tender.
    Serves 6.
