Professional Frosting(Excellent For Decorating Cakes Or Christmas Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. water
    9 tsp. white sugar
    5 1/3 c. powdered sugar
    2 egg whites
    1 1/3 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. flavoring
Preparation
    Boil water and sugar together a few minutes.
    Put powdered sugar in large bowl and make a deep well.
    Add egg whites and start beating, then add sugar mixture gradually while beating. Then start adding Crisco and flavoring, carefully.
    Beat like whipping cream.
    Can also color with food coloring to make designs, flowers, etc.
    Keeps up to three weeks in refrigerator. If too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until it's like whipping cream.
    If too thin, just add powdered sugar.
