Microwaved Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved lengthwise
    6 slices thinly sliced boiled ham
    6 thin slices Swiss or American cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. milk
    snipped parsley
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts with wooden mallet between 2 pieces of waxed paper until about 1/4-inch thick.
    Place ham and cheese on each.
    Tuck in sides and roll up as for jelly roll.
    Skewer with toothpicks.
