Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 c. sifted flour
 
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. grated carrots
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Wesson oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
- 
                            Sift dry ingredients in large mixing bowl; add oil, eggs, pineapple, pecans and carrots.
 
Mix well but do not beat vigorously.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans.
