Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo or butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. chicken stock
    1 c. milk
    2 c. chicken, cooked and cut up
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. peas, carrots and potatoes
Preparation
    Melt oleo and blend in flour.
    Add stock, then milk.
    Stir until thickened (heating on low-medium heat).
    Add chicken, seasonings and vegetables.
    Put into a casserole.
    Cover with biscuit dough or pastry rolled thin.
    Brush top with butter.
    Bake in oven at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
