Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 apples, cored, halved or quartered
1/4 c. flour and 1/4 c. sugar, mixed
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 pt. half and half cream
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Make 1 crust; sprinkle with flour and sugar mixture.
Place apples in crust; if tart, add more sugar.
Sprinkle sugar over apples.
Pour on cream; sprinkle on cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until apples are done in the middle.
