Chicken-N-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni (chicken flavor)
    3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 to 2 pkg. carrots
    6 to 8 slices American cheese
    1 to 2 c. Ritz crackers
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Cook chicken at 350\u00b0 until done (approximately 45 minutes). Cook Rice-A-Roni according to box directions, but use College Inn chicken broth instead of water.
    Steam chopped carrots until cooked (approximately 20 minutes).
    Crush Ritz crackers into bits. Cut up cooked chicken.
