Creamy Fruit Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free lime jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. evaporated skimmed milk
    2 c. fresh fruit, cut up
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Cool slightly to prevent milk from curdling.
    Stir in evaporated skimmed milk.
    Chill until as thick as unbeaten egg whites.
    Stir in fruit.
    Pour into an 8-inch square pan or 5-cup mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Garnish with additional fruit.
    Makes 7 servings, 1/2 cup each.
