Deer Sage Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground deer meat
    3/4 lb. chopped raw bacon or prepared pork sausage
    2 tsp. dried sage, finely crushed
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place all into a bowl and mix thoroughly, using your hands to shape into patties.
    Fry patties until brown on both sides and well done.
