Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shrimp
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 stick margarine
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 bell pepper, chopped medium
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan
    and
    add the onion and bell pepper; cook until\tthey
    soften.
    Prepare casserole dish with Pam.
    In mixing bowl,
    add the Ro-Tel tomatoes, onion soup and cream of chicken soup, plus
    one can of water.
    Blend well and add rice, shrimp
    and
    softened
    onion,
    pepper and margarine. Mix well and pour
    into
    prepared
    dish.
    Cover
    with foil and place in preheated oven for one hour at 350\u00b0.
