Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 (1-inch) pork tenderloins or pork chops
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. minced onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    sliced pineapple
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except pork chops and pineapple. Place chops in a glass bowl and pour marinade over them.
    Let stand for 2 to 4 hours.
    Place pineapple rings on top of chops. Grill over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness each side until done.
    Serve with rice pilaf or fried sweet potatoes.
