Bow Tie Pasta With Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 lb. boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut up
    3 c. broccoli florets
    1/2 c. oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced
    2 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    pinch of red pepper flakes
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. bow tie pasta
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute garlic in olive oil.
    Add chicken and saute until lightly browned.
    Add broccoli and saute about 4 minutes.
    Add sun-dried tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 3 minutes.
    Add wine and chicken broth. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Toss with bow tie pasta which has been cooked according to package directions.
    Serves 6.
