Old Fashioned Chocolate Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. flour
3 c. milk
1 stick butter
5 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 baked pie crusts
5 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Beat egg whites, vanilla and cream of tartar.
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
Spread over hot filling, sealing to edge of pastry.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
