Baked Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey (any size)
    3 stalks celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large whole onion
    1 large whole apple
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0 (very hot) about 9 p.m. the night before you are planning your meal.
    Place turkey in a covered roaster pan with the onion, apple, celery and 1 quart warm water.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Turn off oven but do not open oven door.
    Leave all night. Your turkey will be golden brown with broth for dressing and gravy.
    Tenderest turkey ever.
