Sugarless Fruit Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine, cut in pats
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine the dates, raisins and nuts; boil 5 minutes. Stir in
    margarine and salt. Set aside to cool.
    Add remaining ingredients to fruit. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into mini muffin tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or bake in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan until tests done.
