Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (each 1 inch thick)
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    3 whole cloves (optional)
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides in skillet.
    Drain oranges, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
    Combine juice with remaining ingredients.
    Add to chops and top with oranges.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until tender.
    Yields 6 servings.
