Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. lasagne noodles
1/2 lb. ground meat
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 Tbsp. oil (salad)
1 (4 oz.) can or 1/2 c. seasoned tomato sauce
1 1/4 c. tomatoes
1/8 c. minced onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. ground oregano
3/4 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. small curd cottage cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles for 3 minutes in boiling salted water; drain. Brown ground beef, garlic and onion in salad oil.
Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano.
Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Fill 1 1/2-quart casserole by alternating layers of noodles, Mozzarella cheese, tomato-meat mixture and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
