Never Fail Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. lukewarm water
    6 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add sugar, egg, salt and water.
    Ad 1/2 of flour and beat well.
    Add melted shortening and mix in remaining flour.
    Let rise to double in size.
    Punch down and knead.
    Roll out and place in greased pan.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until browned.
