Ingredients

1 pkg. slice and bake sugar cookie dough, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
banana slices, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, peaches (whatever fruit you enjoy)
1/4 c. apricot preserves
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Line pizza pan with cookie dough slices overlapping.
Bake 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Cool.
Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract.
Spread over cookie crust.
Arrange fruit in circular pattern over cream cheese, starting with bananas on outside rim. Mix preserves and water and spread over fruit.
Be sure to cover all fruit so no discoloration occurs.
Refrigerate until chilled.
