Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1 c. Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Mix milk, lemon juice, lemon rind and yolks until smooth. Pour into crust.
