Carrot Cake(20 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups oil
2 cups grated carrots
Preparation

Mix in a large bowl and beat hard. Bake in large bundt pan, tube pan or large oblong pan. Depending on size of pan cake will take from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 350\u00b0.
Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
