Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. veg oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. red food color
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. un-sweet cocoa
2 large eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, mix together all ingredients with electric mixer. Spray 2 - 9 inch rounds. Pour batter equally in pans. Bake 20 minutes. Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
