Delicious Meat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. powdered garlic
Preparation

Mix ingredients together in a Tupperware marinating dish.
Put instant tenderizer meat tenderizer on all areas of the roast and use a fork to pierce the roast and allow the tenderizer to get into the roast.
Place roast in marinade and seal with the top of the dish.
Marinate for 24 hours, turning dish a few times during that time to make sure all areas of the roast are marinated.
Broil or barbecue 20 minutes per side.
