Florida Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks, beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
green food coloring
9-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation

In top part of double boiler, mix egg yolks, sugar and lime juice.
Cook over boiling water, stirring until thickened.
Add grated rind.
Chill until thickened, but not firm.
Whip 1 cup cream and fold in.
Add a few drops coloring.
Pile in shell and chill about 24 hours.
