Daisy'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. water or milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 can water
    gravy coloring (if desired)
    can or jar mushrooms (optional)
    1 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
    dash of celery salt or chopped celery
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except can of soup, 1/4 can of water and optional mushrooms together.
    Shape into small meatballs.
    Brown in skillet.
    Then add soup, 1/4 can of soup and optional mushrooms.
    Simmer about 45 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking.
