Sausage Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. pimento, chopped
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Brown sausage, drain off excess fat.
    Add celery, onion and pepper.
    Stir in pimento, soup, milk, rice and seasonings.
    Pour in ungreased casserole.
    Bake, covered, for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
    Mix crumbs and margarine.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes longer.
    Trim with pimento cutouts.
