Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Store in refrigerator in covered bowl.
    Use desired portions.
    This batter will keep for several days.
    Spoon
    batter into well-greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
