Special Occasion Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes (about 12 medium), peeled and cooked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mash hot peppers.
    Add cream cheese and butter in pieces.
    Beat until both melted.
    Mix in sour cream.
    To milk, add eggs and onions; whip lightly.
    Add to potato mixture along with seasonings. Beat until light and fluffy.
    Place in greased 9-inch round casserole dish.
    Refrigerate several hours (can be chilled overnight if not needed immediately).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 12.
