Woodford Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or shortening
    1 c. blackberry jam or jelly
    1/2 c. sour milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Dissolve soda in milk.
    Mix butter and sugar; add eggs.
    Sift flour and cinnamon together.
    Add milk and flour alternately. Blend in jam last.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven in ungreased cake pan for 45 minutes to 55 minutes.
    Serve with Butterscotch Sauce.
