Moon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    5 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    5 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
    walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla.
    Add flour and baking powder.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
    Sprinkle walnuts on top.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    Cut with thin-rimmed glass.
    First cut will be round. Make second cut halfway through first cut, etc.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
