Honey Glaze For Baked Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine mustard and cornstarch.
Stir in honey and lemon juice and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Lower heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Brush glaze over baking ham several times during the last minutes in the oven.
Makes enough for 7 to 10 pound ham.
Glaze gives a sheen to ham surface.
