Easy Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt (optional)
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar/cinnamon
    enough oil to make crumbly
Preparation
    Mix the last 3 ingredients for crumbs first and set aside. Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Alternate flour, baking powder and milk (vanilla in milk).
    Pour into 2 lightly greased and floured 8 or 9-inch pans.
    Sprinkle crumbs and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
