Baked Crab In Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump crab meat
    1/2 pt. cream
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    Tabasco to taste
    Lea & Perrins sauce to taste
Preparation
    Saute diced onion, celery and pepper in butter.
    In bowl, mix cracker crumbs, cream and seasonings to taste.
    Add sauteed vegetables and crab meat.
    Fill crab shells and top with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Garnish with lemon.
